MOBILE VIDEO has partnered with CCC Information Services, Road America Motor Club, and others to create Telematics Enabled Claims (TEC). TEC is a process that includes electronic crash detection, video evidence, automatically initiated first notice of loss (FNOL), and predictive solutions accelerate accident claims by connecting motorists, insurance providers, motor clubs and ISPs in real time.
The financial heart of the partnership is the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Rewards program, whereby the insurance carriers cost savings (from improving the claims process) are shared with participating Tow operators in the form of $$$ rewards and more secondary tows. In addition to the increased tow related revenues, the participating ISPs also save 10-25% discounts on CruiseCam systems.
MOBILE VIDEO has created Telematics Enabled Claims (TEC). TEC is an automated process to reduce the Crash Tow Claims (CTC) process by combining Mobile App crash detection, with video evidence, electronically triggered first notice of loss (FNOL), automated primary tow assignments, and predictive damage and injury algorithms.
This will connect motorists, insurance providers, motor clubs and ISPs in real time and serve consumers with complete visibility on the transport service from primary tow request to final vehicle delivery. Costs are controlled by a contracted towing network, minimizing secondary tows, vehicle storage, and rental reimbursements.
For the Independent Service provider, the financial heart of the partnership is the CTC FNOL Rewards program, whereby ISPs get paid for providing crash incident video files to the network.
